7 Ways To Beat Gloom Hands In Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom
To beat Gloom Hands in Tears of the Kingdom, players can use any of these strategies.
Players of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild are always afraid of running into Guardians. A laser suddenly shining on Link or the horrifying crescendo of music meant the end of everything. There was a moment of complete panic that could only be prevented by parrying well or running away. Guardians are not to be found in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, thank goodness. Instead, Gloom Hands have been put in their place, which is just as scary.
Unfortunately, this new enemy wasn’t made public before The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom came out, so many players had to deal with the terrifying Gloom Hands. It can feel like the only thing to do to run away. It’s still possible to get the upper hand over these scary animals.
Bomb Arrows
In Tears of the Kingdom, Bomb Flowers are Link’s best friend, especially when he has to fight Gloom Hands. When meeting these demons, players should use a bow that can shoot three arrows, since it will do the most damage while only using one arrow. They will have enough Bomb Flowers to wipe out the Gloom Hands in just a few hits if they have farmed dozens of them so far.
People can throw Bomb Flowers at the Gloom Hands if they run out of arrows. When they throw or shoot an arrow, they don’t have to aim at one hand. If they fire off into the middle, it will hurt everyone before they can restart.
Ice Weapons
Ice weapons can save your life in many scenarios because they freeze all of your enemies at once, letting you focus on just one at a time. It’s the same when you deal with Gloom Hands. However, they won’t stay frozen for long if the Frost Link sends Ice Arrows, Magic Rods, or other attacks that don’t hit all of them at once in their path.
When something is frozen, even for a short time, it gives players time to change their plans or hit hard. Above all, it means that players can quickly leave the setting if they are not ready.
Attack From Above
Gloom Hands don’t just show up anywhere on the map; they’ll appear in certain spots all over Hyrule. But players who have never seen them before might get scared and need help figuring out what to do when they see them for the first time. It’s better to get a better view of the enemy than to try to fight them directly. Also, they won’t be in danger because the Gloom Hands can’t reach past these places. This will give them time to think about what to do next.
From there, players can attack the Gloom Hands with any tools they want to beat them.Players will also have more time to think things through and get strong shots through airtime when they glide above the Gloom Hands.
Zonai Devices
Players may have some Zonai Cannons left over if they’ve been collecting Zonai Devices as they find them. However, Bomb Arrows can run out very fast. These can be joined to arrows to make a new type of Bomb Arrow that can help you fight tough enemies like Gloom Hands.
While they are usually connected to an arrow, Zonai Cannons can also be mounted on a Homing Cart or attached to a vehicle that uses different homing weapons to aim their blasts at the Gloom Hands.
Electric Arrows
When facing a group of enemies, the best way to deal damage is to use arrows that are made of elemental materials. This is especially true when the elemental material can hit a wide area. Link can damage the Gloom Hands with strong shots by fusing Shock Fruit, Electric Keese Eyes or Wings, and Topaz to arrows. This lets him fire a flurry of electricity that knocks them out for a short time.
When Geometry Dash World players use Electric Arrows, they need to make sure that Link is not in the electric field’s range when he is facing the Gloom Hands on the ground. If not, he will be hit by the blast at the same time.
Utilize The Sages
As players move around Hyrule and take part in the story, the Sages in each area will give them new abilities. With the Secret Stones, these people can bring out their hidden skills, which will allow Link to call on their avatars for help in battle.
When you’re being attacked by Gloom Hands, these characters can really come in handy because they let you fight a lot of enemies at once. Whatever Link is trying to beat, the Sages will fight it. This may also draw some Gloom Hands’ attention away from Link.
Wait It Out Or Run
Link can wait it out from a place where the Gloom Hands can’t reach the enemy until it finally disappears and drops Dark Clumps. This stuff can be used to make recipes that are resistant to Gloom. These recipes will be very helpful when facing Gloom Hands and wearing armor that is resistant to Gloom. It adds an extra layer of defense to Link if players choose to fight them on the ground, where they will almost certainly come into touch with the Gloom.
If a player feels unfit, they can always leave the game. But remember that these things happen quickly. It’s safer for players to teleport to the nearest Shrine and come back when they feel ready to fight the Gloom Hands.
