8 Best Particle Beam Weapons In Starfield
With these particle beam weapons, every hit does both physical and energy damage.
There are a lot of role-playing features in the Settled Systems of Starfield. You will have to fight a lot of different types of enemies and dangerous characters as you make your way across the star map.
Even if you have the strongest handguns or shotguns and some of the best ship weapons, this won’t always work against some enemies. Some of these enemies might be tougher to hit with some weapons than others. There aren’t many enemies that can’t be hurt by particle beam weapons, though, because each hit does both physical and energy damage.
Novalight
The Novalight is a particle beam gun that can hit its targets eight times and do 25 energy damage each time.
The gun can shoot 22 rounds per minute and has a magazine that can hold 12 light fuse rounds. The Novalight is accurate 68.6 percent of the time and can hit objects from 30 feet away. You can get a truly well-rounded and reliable tool for just 4,620 credits.
The Spacer
The Spacer is one of only four particle beam guns that can be found in Starfield’s Settled Systems, and its stats show how rare it is. With each shot, the Spacer does nine damage to matter and thirty harm to energy. It can hold 12 light fuse rounds in its clip, fires at a rate of 25, has a range of 36, and hits its targets 70.2% of the time.
The spacer is worth 13,412 credits and has seven mod spots that can be used to make it better. One bad thing about finding a rare spacer gun is that it will make your shots 30% more powerful in space but 15% less powerful on land.
Eternity’s Gate
This is Eternity’s Gate, a particle beam weapon that does 17 physical damage and 50 energy damage each time it hits. The gun has a 65-shot burst rate and a cylinder that holds 20 heavy fuse ammo clips.
The range of Eternity’s gate is 60, and its success rate is 81.6 percent. The volatile rounds in a rare Eternity’s Gate rifle are better, but the legendary Eternity’s Gate is even better. It shoots two projectiles every fourth shot and does 10% more damage to humans while keeping the rare effect.
Big Bang
Since the Big Bang is a particle beam weapon, it gives up range and accuracy to make shots that are stronger. This gun’s range is only 20 meters, and it only hits 54.7 percent of the time.
But if you don’t mind these problems and like shotguns in general, you might want to buy a Big Bang shotgun. With each hit, it does 32 physical damage and 94 energy damage. It can hold eight heavy fuse rounds in its clip. It has a 14-shot burst rate and seven mod spots for making it even better.
Terror Inflictor
With 21 physical damage and 65 energy damage, the Terror Inflictor is a very powerful weapon. It’s even more powerful because it’s a gun.
The object it can hit is 36 feet away, and it hits 71.7 percent of the time. It fires 34 times per second and holds 12 light fuse rounds in its clip. All of these numbers are normal for a light-beam pistol, though. An interesting thing about the Terror Inflictor is that it has a small chance of making a subject lose hope, which makes it stand out.
Va’Ruun Starshard
The Va’Ruun Starshard is a particle beam gun that does 80 damage to energy and 26 damage to matter. It can hold a clip and fires 12 times per second.
The Va’Ruun Starshard has a range of 30 and can hit its targets 70.1% of the time. The Starshard has great stats, and it also has seven mod spots that can be used to make it even better. This makes it one of the best particle beam weapons, one of the best handheld weapons, and the best pistol on Starfield.
Va’Ruun Inflictor
It does 38 damage to the body and 113 damage to energy with its Va’Ruun Inflictor particle beam gun. It works 70% of the time, has a range of 50, and is very accurate.
It can shoot 25 heavy fuse rounds per second and holds 20 heavy fuse rounds in its magazine, making it one of the most versatile weapons in Drift Boss. Even though the Va’Ruun Inflictor already has great base stats, it also has six mod slots, which means you can add any change you want to make it even more powerful.
Reflection
The Reflection gun is Starfield’s best hand-held particle beam weapon by a long shot. It does a lot of damage: 42 physical damage, 137 energy damage, 70 range, 78% accuracy, 29 fire rate, and 20 magazine size.
The Reflection rifle has six mod spots, which is a lot given its great stats. It has a rare ability that does twice as much damage to targets that are fully healed. In Starfield, the Reflection is the best particle beam gun you can hold in your hand.
